I.M. Pei 1917- Architect
His style is marked by the use of glass and geometric shapes to spectacular effect. Among his many projects were the East Building at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, the Bank of China Building in Hong Kong and his widely publicized and controversial glass courtyard pyramids at the entrance to The Louvre in Paris.
