Sept 3- Sept 10 In the week following the Republican Convention President Bush received a significant boost in the polls. The combination of the successful Swift Boat Campaign against Senator Kerry, and a series of attacks against him at the convention pushed the Kerry campaign for a loop. As the week ended the Kerry campaign attempted to refocus their attacks on President Bush. In the meantime additional questions were posed on President Bush's service in the National Guard.
